A convenience fee of 50 rupees will be charged for material procurement (the timer will be paused during this period). Customers are requested not to waste our service provider's time for any unnecessary reason. Doing so will incur a cost of 100 Rs per hour. Service Raju Home Service will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks (reported by the technician) not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.

Service Warranty:

Service Raju Home Service provides a 15-day warranty on the service provided, but not on the spare parts.

Terms Of Use:

We will not be responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance that are brought to our notice after job completion. We do not provide any warranty on appliances that are older than 4 years at the time of service. Additionally, Service Raju Home Service handyman might deny service if the appliance is too old or unrepairable. Any parts requiring replacement will be charged extra. Branded spare parts will be charged at MRP.
