• At Service Raju, our expert technicians visit your home to assess the situation. After a thorough analysis, they provide a standard quotation for the work. Once the customer agrees to the price, the technician initiates the service. (Note: The quoted price is always standard).

Service Inclusion

• The displayed price covers labor charges only.
• General servicing includes issue identification and diagnosis.
• For any repair work, a quote will be provided before proceeding.

Service Exclusion

• A convenience fee of 50 rupees will be charged for material procurement (Timer will be paused during this period).
• Customers are requested not to waste our service providers' time for any unnecessary reasons; doing so will incur a charge of 100 Rs per hour.
• Service Raju will not be liable for any pre-existing issues or potential risks (reported by the technician) not addressed due to customer refusal to repair the same.

Service Warranty

Service Raju provides a 15-day warranty on the service provided but does not cover spare parts.

Terms Of Use

• We are not responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance noticed after job completion.
• No warranty is provided for appliances older than 4 years at the time of service. Our handyman may decline service if the appliance is old or deemed unrepairable.
• Any required replacement parts will be charged extra.
• Branded spare parts will be charged at MRP.
