Cleaning materials such as cloths and cleaning sprays are supplied by the Company. If the Client prefers to use their own solutions or cloths, they must be safe for general cleaning purposes only. Service Raju Home Service may require the customer or their representative to be present at the beginning and end of the cleaning session for inspection purposes. Any necessary corrections should be addressed on the same day. Only the work quoted on the inspection form will be performed. If the Customer requires additional services, they must contact us by telephone. Additional work will incur extra charges. Stains from bleaching agents, acids, and permanent dyes may be irreversible and cannot be treated. Service Raju Home Service does not guarantee stain removal for permanent stains. Ensure that water and electricity are available during the service.
