Serviceraju.com takes no responsibility for money paid to the service provider without informing us. Serviceraju.com has no control over payments made in cash to the service provider.

We discourage any tips or rewards to any of our service providers. However, if any customer chooses to do so, it is completely based on their own will and decision.

The service provider is liable for any damage caused by them. In the event of such an occurrence, the customer is requested to first contact Serviceraju customer care and then may lodge a complaint against the service provider. If the solution is resolved amicably, it is appreciated.

 Serviceraju.com may decline to arrange service providers on national holidays, public holidays, government holidays without any obligation to any customer or user.

 Customers are requested to report/inform us immediately about any misconduct or unsatisfactory behavior of any service provider so that Serviceraju.com can take action for improvement. However, if the misconduct falls within the   category of a breach of the law, the customer may deal with it as per the applicable laws directly with the service provider, and Serviceraju.com will not be responsible in such cases.

In the case of any criminal act committed by the service provider while providing services, the customer, at their own discretion, can take direct action under the laws of the country and should keep us informed of the full details. Serviceraju.com will not be a party to any such action.

In any case, the overall rework value will not exceed the service charges paid by the customer. Serviceraju.com's discretion will be final in determining the rework amount.
