Working Procedure

Our expert handyman visits the customer's home, inspects the situation, provides a price quote, and upon customer agreement, commences the work. (Note: The quotation price will always be standard).

Service Inclusion

The price shown covers labor charges only.
General servicing includes issue identification and diagnosis only.
For any repair work, a quote will be given before proceeding.

Service Exclusion

A convenience fee of 50 rupees will be charged for material procurement (The timer will be paused during this period).
Customers are requested not to waste our service provider's time for any unnecessary reasons; failure to adhere to this may incur a charge of 100 Rs per hour.
Service Raju Home Service will not be liable for any pre-existing issues/potential risks reported by the technician, not handled due to customer refusal to repair the same.

Service Warranty

Service Raju Home Service provides a 15-day warranty on the service provided, excluding spare parts.

Terms Of Use

We are not responsible for any physical damage or missing parts of the appliance brought to notice after job completion.
We do not provide any warranty on appliances that are older than 4 years at the time of service. Additionally, Service Raju Home Service handyman might deny service if the appliance is in old or unrepairable condition.
Any parts requiring replacement will be charged extra.
Branded spare parts will be charged at MRP.
