At Helper Fox On Time Service Co. (operating as Service Raju), we are committed to providing exceptional home services. Our Wallet, Refund, and Cancellation Policy is designed to ensure clarity and fairness for our customers.

Wallet and Recharge

Our wallet system offers a convenient way to store funds for future services. You can recharge your wallet at any time using various online payment methods, ensuring readiness for your next service request.

Refund Policy

We value transparency and aim to offer a fair and consistent refund policy.

Refund Conditions:

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be processed if a service is not completed as agreed or if there's a significant service or location mismatch.

  • Process: Requests must be made within 3 days from the service date. Once received, we will review the case and provide a resolution within 1-2 business days.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your Helper Fox wallet, where you can use them for future services. Cash refunds are generally not provided.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

  • Services that have already been completed as per the agreement.

  • Transactions where there's no request within the specified period.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Log in to your account on the Helper Fox website.

  2. Navigate to the 'Request Refund' section under your account settings.

  3. Provide relevant details regarding the issue and submit the request.

  4. Our support team will get in touch within 48 hours to assist you.

Important Notes:

  • Ensure that your refund request is submitted within the allowable time frame.

  • We aim to process most refund requests swiftly, but some cases may require more time for a thorough review.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your needs.

Cancellation Conditions:

  • Without Penalty: You may cancel or reschedule appointments at least 2 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

  • With Penalty: Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

  • On-Site Cancellation: Once our technician reaches the customer’s location and the customer denies the service, a minimum service fee of ?299 will be applicable.

How to Cancel or Reschedule a Service:

  1. Log in to your account on the Helper Fox website.

  2. Navigate to the 'My Bookings' section.

  3. Select the service you wish to cancel or reschedule and follow the prompts.
