Service Raju is committed to fair, transparent, and customer-friendly policies.

1. Platform Introduction

Helper Fox On Time Service Co. (Service Raju) provides home services such as plumbing, electrical work, appliance repair, pest control, cleaning, carpentry, and maintenance services through its platform.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains:

  • How refunds are processed
  • How service cancellations work
  • How the Service Raju wallet system operates
  • Customer responsibilities when requesting refunds

2. Wallet and Recharge Policy

Service Raju provides a digital wallet feature allowing users to store funds for faster service payments.

Users can:

  • Recharge wallet using online payment methods
  • Use wallet balance to pay for future services
  • Receive refunds into their wallet balance

Wallet funds can be used for future bookings across all Service Raju services.

3. Refund Policy

Service Raju aims to provide fair and consistent refund handling.

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Service was not completed as agreed
  • Incorrect service provider assignment
  • Major service mismatch or service failure
  • Duplicate or erroneous payment transactions
  • Technician did not arrive for scheduled service

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days from the service date.

The refund process involves the following steps:

  1. Customer submits a refund request.
  2. Service Raju reviews the request and supporting details.
  3. Support team evaluates the case and verifies service information.
  4. Resolution is provided within 1–2 business days.

Approved refunds are generally issued as:

  • Service Raju Wallet Credits

These credits can be used for future service bookings.

Please note clearly that:

  • Cash refunds are generally not provided.
  • In rare cases, refunds may be processed to the original payment method if required.

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Services already completed successfully
  • Refund requests submitted after the allowed time period
  • Customer refusal after service completion
  • Minor dissatisfaction without valid service failure
  • Payments made directly to technicians outside the platform

Customers can request refunds by:

  1. Logging into their Service Raju account
  2. Navigating to the Request Refund section
  3. Providing service details and issue description
  4. Submitting the request for review

The support team will respond within 48 hours.

4. Cancellation Policy

Service Raju allows customers to cancel or reschedule services when required.

Customers may cancel or reschedule a booking at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.

If cancellation occurs less than 2 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee may apply.

If the technician arrives at the customer location and the customer cancels the service:

A minimum service charge of ₹299 may apply to compensate technician travel and time.

Customers can cancel or reschedule by:

  1. Logging into their Service Raju account
  2. Opening the My Bookings section
  3. Selecting the booking
  4. Choosing cancel or reschedule option

5. Service Provider No-Show Policy

If a service professional:

  • Cancels the booking
  • Does not arrive at the scheduled time

The customer will be eligible for:

  • Full refund of advance payments

6. Important Customer Notes

Customers should:

  • Provide accurate service details
  • Ensure technician access to service location
  • Submit refund requests within the allowed time

Note: Some refund requests may require additional investigation.

7. Governing Law

The policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
