Our Bathroom Renovation Process

1. Site Inspection & Measurement
Our renovation team inspects the bathroom size, existing plumbing, drainage, flooring, walls, waterproofing condition, electrical points and overall layout.

2. Design, Scope & Material Selection
We discuss your preferred tiles, sanitaryware, taps, shower fittings, vanity, mirror, waterproofing and layout requirements before finalising the scope.

3. BOQ, Quote & Approval
A clear item-wise quotation is prepared covering labour, materials and approved renovation work. Work begins only after customer approval.

4. Demolition & Civil Preparation
Existing tiles, fittings and damaged surfaces are removed as required. Debris is safely cleared and the bathroom is prepared for renovation.

5. Plumbing & Waterproofing
Required plumbing modifications, drainage work and waterproofing are completed before tile installation and finishing work.

6. Tiling & Surface Finishing
Floor and wall tiles are installed with proper alignment, slope, grout finishing and surface protection.

7. Sanitaryware & Fittings Installation
WC, wash basin, taps, shower, health faucet, accessories, mirror and other approved bathroom fittings are installed.

8. Final Testing & Handover
Water flow, drainage, leakage points, sanitary fittings, slopes and finishing quality are checked before final cleaning and handover.
